[Mcls-print-storage] MI-SPI 2.0 Survey (Please review and respond; August 23 deadline)

Thank you, Stephanie.

I haven't started this (been out of the office), but is it possible to have
a list of all these questions first?  I'll be filling this out, but not
without input from the other stakeholders here.
