The TEACH Act is supposed(!) to govern the distribution of copyrighted materials in online educational settings (but is considered by many to be a broken piece of legislation because of its vagueness).</div>

This is the first time this has come up for us, but does anyone know if it is copyright infringement to upload one chapter of a book into Canvas? I haven't done copyright in a long time!</div>
