Thus I thought it might useful to share the news of the bankrupt company's acquisition by another firm earlier this week.</div><br><div>As you know, CreativeBug parent company JoAnn recently filed for bankruptcy protection for the second, final time. Rival Michaels bought some JoAnn assets. Its physical stores were closed.
