The <b>Livonia Public Library</b> is seeking a <b>Computer Administrator I</b> to join our team! This is a

<b>About the Role:</b></div>

The <b>Computer Administrator I</b> will be responsible for managing and maintaining the library’s computer systems, network infrastructure, and digital services. This role includes troubleshooting technical issues, supporting staff and public computing needs,
and ensuring a secure and efficient technology environment for the library.</div>

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div>

<li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">
Maintain and support library computer systems, networks, and software.</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">
Provide technical assistance to staff and patrons.</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">
Manage cybersecurity measures and data integrity.</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">
Collaborate with library staff to improve technology services.</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">
Oversee technology upgrades and equipment maintenance.</li></ul>

<b>Qualifications:</b></div>

Experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">
Strong knowledge of computer networks, software, and security best practices.</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.</li></ul>
