<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Gill Sans MT",sans-serif">The new Earned Sick Time Act, or ESTA, went into effect on February 21, 2025. Libraries of all types are required to comply with the new sick leave provisions. Mike Blum, Employment and
Labor Law attorney with Foster, Swift, Collins and Smith will provide information and tips for library directors and boards on navigating compliance with the new Earned Sick Time Act (ESTA).<br>
