<p>Hi everyone,</p>

<p>There's an outside venue in our small town where we can present library programs. I'm close to booking a musician for August 2025. The stage is covered, but the audience grassy portion is not.</p>

<p>Do you have experience with having to cancel an event due to rain, and what would you pay the entertainer if that happened - half? He and I agreed on  $350 for a one-person show.</p>
