<p class="MsoNormal">In this series of videos, we're going beyond the basics of "what is AI?" We'll be taking a deep dive into how AI works, how it's used today inside and outside of the library, and how to help our colleagues and community learn more about
it.<br>

We'll start with a deep dive into how modern AI tools are created and trained, aimed at non-techies with a minimum amount of jargon. Then we'll take a thorough look at many of the risks and limitations of AI, from concerns about copyright to the significant
environmental impact. Our next series includes recorded demonstrations of several modern AI tools being used, including a 30-minute comprehensive tutorial/demo of ChatGPT's advanced features. Next, we'll explore how large language model AI tools can be used
to assist with a variety of library writing activities, such as policy documents, social media posts, and more. Finally, we'll discuss some of the things you'll need to consider before launching your own library AI training project, whether for staff or patrons
in the community. In addition, we'll be hosting two "office hours" live Q&A sessions this spring where you can get all your AI questions answered!
