<b>The Dollar General Summer Reading Grant and Family Literacy Grant</b> programs are also currently open for applications. The Dollar General Literacy Foundation provides grant funding to support literacy and education initiatives serving individuals of all
ages. The Foundation funds nonprofit organizations, schools and libraries within a 15-mile radius of Dollar General stores. Maximum awards are $10,000 for the Family Literacy Grant and $3,000 for the Summer Reading Grant. The deadline for both of these grant
