<span style="font-size: 12pt;">From my understanding, for a millage campaign, a library director and library staff volunteer on a "YES" Committee on their own time (unpaid). However,</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> it's best practice for library staff/director
not to hold any the chair positions on the YES Committee. <br>

How about the library issuing a call of action to the community to join the YES Committee? Ex. posting on bulletin board: <b><i>Interested in helping with the next phase of our Library? Join us for an Information </i><i>Meeting at XYZ Coffee Shop, </i><i>7pm
on 2/1/25. </i></b></span></p>
