<p class="MsoNormal">The Department of Justice has issued new regulations requiring that websites and mobile apps (including those produced and maintained by public libraries) be made accessible under the Americans with Disabilities Act.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The regulations require that websites and mobile apps conform to specific technical standards for accessibility under The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Version 2.1 (WCAG 2.1).<o:p></o:p></p>
