<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">I unfortunately would say that if Cricut customer service wasn’t able to offer you help on replace/repair you are likely out of luck with the specific machine, probably even more so if it is one of the older
Explore Airs. Their customer service is top notch and seem to go above and beyond each time. Their machines only have a warranty for one year, but usually I think they would just send you a replacement.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">I would struggle to suggest a place for it to be repaired, but if anything I suppose one of those places that do laptops/tablets/phones would be your best bet. The drawback with that is they might not know the
anatomy of those machines and how to properly take it apart to put it all back together. I hope all the best! If you don’t use the machine too often, I tend to see them on FB marketplace often.
