We had Eric and Jesse(?) from Phoenix Freerunning Academy here last <br>
Thursday to do a Parkour workshop for our kids. They were fantastic, and <br>
the kids had a blast! It was a 1.5 hour program with a short <br>
demonstration and safety discussion, followed by over an hour of <br>
hands-on teaching and practice for the kids. We had about 40 kids ages <br>
5+, and the guys were great with them. They kept the crowd moving around <br>
to different stations, and tailored their instruction to each kid's <br>
