<a href="https://www.michigan.gov/libraryofmichigan/libraries/ce/financialmanagementcohort/conversation-camp-for-library-leaders">
Conversation Camp</a>: led by Library Development Manager, Michelle Bradley. This two-day, in-person program will include two workshops: Conversations Worth Having, and Strategic Conversations.</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Conversations are at the heart of everything we do in libraries. They are key to effective communications, leadership, strategy, high performance, strong relationships, and the health of our organizations
and communities. These courses are grounded in Appreciative Inquiry, a widely used positive change approach.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Conversation Camp will take place on<b> September 4<sup>th</sup> and September 5<sup>th</sup>, 2024,</b> at the Library of Michigan in Lansing.
<span style="color:#353535;background:white"> LM will provide participants with a stipend to cover travel and lodging costs. In addition to the stipend, LM will cover the cost of course materials and course content, a $1,498.00 per person value.<o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
