<p class="MsoNormal">MLA is pleased to offer a <b>free </b>one-and-a-half-hour educational session on Zoom on Thursday, July 11 at 10:00 AM for anyone interested in, considering, or just wanting to know more about the planning, procurement, and installation
of EV Chargers at Michigan libraries.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This is a high-level overview of the process and benefits of electric vehicle charging infrastructure including financing, infrastructure, maintenance and funding options, hardware/software and power needs, and the return on investment.

<p class="MsoNormal">This session will also outline a competitive federal grant through the Charging and Fueling Infrastructure Discretionary Grant (Community Program) that is available through President Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to cover 80% of
the installation costs. (Round 2 is now available offering up to $1.3 Billion in funding – Application minimum: $500,000.)<o:p></o:p></p>
