I've been looking over our maternity leave policy in preparation for a staff member, and it's pretty antiquated. I'd love for anyone who's willing to share their policies with me. The employee is not eligible for the FMLA since she's not been here a year yet,
 so anything that deals with that situation, in particular, will be extremely helpful. </div>
