<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Leadership Academy</span></b> is for leaders in all roles in the library! Take the next step in your career! Sessions will cover leadership skills like emotional intelligence, communication, managing change,
teamwork, and coaching as well as more library-specific information about finance, legislation and advocacy, media, and working effectively with a board of directors.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The 2024 program includes five in-person days and three Zoom meetings. It begins April 29 in Lansing and concludes in October at the MLA 2024 Annual Conference in Traverse City. Participants will attend In-person sessions in Lansing, Southfield,
Grand Rapids, and Traverse City. Registration is $1445 for MLA members and includes meals during in-person meetings, as well as hotel accommodations on April 29 and October 15.<o:p></o:p></p>
