<p class="p3"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) wants to ensure all libraries in the State of Michigan are made aware of the
<b>Library Partnership for At-Home Test Program</b>. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="p3"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="p3"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">This voluntary program aims to increase access to at-home COVID-19 test kits for individuals, families, and communities who may otherwise struggle with access to healthcare resources,
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="p3"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">be hesitant to visit a COVID-19 testing location or may lack the funds necessary to purchase at-home test kits for themselves or their families.<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="p3"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Libraries that are interested in the Library Partnership for At-Home Test Program:<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span><o:p></o:p></span></p>
