<div class="ContentPasted0"> Both positions are responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting library users at the service desk and online with a wide range of transactions and inquiries related to reference, circulation, reserves, interlibrary
loan, and technology support. Staff in the User Services department are responsible for interpreting and implementing library policies, data collection, and training and mentoring student employees, as well as ensuring the security and safety of library users,
collections and equipment, and the Waldo Library facility.</div>
