employers may evaluate accommodations granted during the public health emergency, and, in consultation with the employee, assess whether there continues to be a need for reasonable accommodation based on individualized circumstances.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:black;margin-bottom:5.25pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">
