Barry County a group of dedicated citizens have begun their inaugural </span><a href="https://operationpollination.net/"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Operation Pollination</span></a><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">
project to build a 400-square foot native pollinator garden near the entrance of Kellogg Community College’s Fehsenfeld Center. Reading their story in my local newspaper, I was inspired to further investigate the urgent need for such initiatives. Among the
many things that I learned through the </span><a href="https://mel.org/welcome"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Michigan eLibrary</span></a><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> (MeL) eResources, is that

I also learned that there are several resources in MeL on both the decimation of pollinators as well as the many ways we can revitalize what’s been lost.
