<span style="mso-spacerun:yes" class="ContentPasted0"> </span>Responsibilities for Library Operations include; evaluating and training staff, budget management, collection development, programs and engagement.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes" class="ContentPasted0">
</span>The successful candidate will have a wide range of library knowledge and strong people skills.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes" class="ContentPasted0">
</span>Experience with grant writing, public speaking and digital literacy is desired.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes" class="ContentPasted0">

</span>Outreach Services are provided to communities, rural residents, and schools in the service area with a Bookmobile.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes" class="ContentPasted0">
</span>There is a small part-time branch in Hermansville.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes" class="ContentPasted0">

<span style="font-size:16.0pt" class="ContentPasted0">This position requires an MLIS from an ALA accredited institution and the successful candidate shall meet and maintain State of Michigan requirements for a Class IV Library.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes" class="ContentPasted0">
</span>This is a full-time, exempt position with benefits.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes" class="ContentPasted0">
</span>The salary range is $52,500 to $63,000 based on experience. <span style="mso-spacerun:yes" class="ContentPasted0">
