<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated commitment to provide excellent service to all patrons; excellent oral and written communication
 skills; ability to work effectively without direct supervision; ability to learn and follow detailed procedures; basic clerical skills and computer proficiency; evidence of flexibility, enthusiasm, and collegiality; adept at handling multiple responsibilities;
 and the ability to work effectively with faculty, students, and staff.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">Preferred: Library and supervisory work experience.<o:p></o:p></p>
