Auburn Hills used to use the locking magazine binders; however, we discontinued putting our magazines in the binders after the library re-opened after being closed to the public for a period of time due to COVID.</div>

We now let current issues as well as past issues circulate and we have not had a problem with theft thus far. The magazines are clearly marked with our library's mailing label which includes the address.</div>

I am reaching out to see what other libraries are doing with their serials. We at the Livonia Public Library are currently using magazine binders to protect our current issues. We are considering not continuing this practice, and we wanted to see what other
