Technology Services includes the Library Technology Helpdesk, Library
technology learning environments, systems for major applications, computer
support services, all Library servers, and an internship program. The Manager
of Library Technology Services plans, directs, and supervises the activities of
technology staff (3 FTE; 15+ students) in the following areas: technology
project management, technical support, quality assurance, documentation, and
