The Lakeland Library Cooperative in Grand Rapids is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the new role of Member Services Manager. The Member Services Manager will have a broad understanding of and commitment to public libraries, their staff members, and the patrons they serve. This individual must have the ability to communicate effectively in both large and small group settings and provide support and assistance to the cooperative membership. A focus on outreach, technology, training, and advocacy is essential. The salary range for this exempt position is $55,000-$70,000 for a 40-hour work week. This is a hybrid position with work being done remotely and at the LLC office in Grand Rapids.
