</span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt">On March 23rd, the FCC announced the dates of a third Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF) Application Window and its intent to meet the needs of library staff & patrons who still lack access to connected devices and services
required to sufficiently engage in remote learning. The short filing window will open on April 28, 2022, and close on May 13, 2022. Eligible connected devices and services are to be delivered between 7/1/2022 and 12/31/2023.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
