Located northeast of Indianapolis, the library serves about 165,100 residents through two locations in Hamilton County. HEPL embraces a culture that celebrates change, innovation, and inclusion.<br class=""><br class="">The Chief Impact Officer will be a core member of the library’s Senior Administrative Team, responsible for using data to understand and inform the decision-making processes that will affect a wide range of public service functions. As the leader of the Impact Sector, the CIO will keep abreast of emerging library trends while ensuring that services, programs, collections, and new initiatives reflect the needs and tastes of the community. This is a unique and highly-influential position that requires excellent communication skills, “out-of-the-box” thinking, and a high level of comfort using data and data visualization tools.<br class=""><br class="">Salary $65,000/year or higher, negotiable based on experience.
