I've used Verso, Follet Destiny, Horizon and Apollo. Of the four, Apollo is easily #1. I'm currently with Apollo and I absolute adore it.

It's very affordable, works better and is easier to use than any other ILS I've used. They have a consortia as well, so if you enable it, you can do inter-library loan with other Apollo libraries. The interface is very intuitive and easy to use as well.

Since it's cloud based, if you have a hot-spot (or smartphone), you have your ILS anywhere you go. Customer service is A+, and I've never had a problem reaching out when we've had a blip. It's very easy to catalog books, add patrons, circulation is easy and reports are wonderful and easy to personalize.
