<p class="MsoNormal">Emergency rules may be extended for a single 6- month period.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">MiOSHA has also begun a formal rulemaking process that will eventually result in some permanent COVID-19 related rules, but we do not yet know how many or what those will be.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The emergency rules extended today are the same rules we have been following since last October.
