<p class="MsoNormal">Bloomfield Township Public Library will revert to Phase 2: Contactless Service starting Wednesday, November 18. This phase includes curbside service, phone service, and virtual programming. We are not sure when we will move out of this
phase. This is due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases and for the safety of staff and patrons.<o:p></o:p></p>
