<p>I believe this only applies to "social gatherings" like allowing people to use your meeting room, Board meetings, and the other things Clare mentions at the bottom of her email. There is also a link at the bottom of her email that will help clarify the
meaning of "social gatherings and organized events." I don't think this applies to the regular operation of a library, only to special gatherings like those listed.<br>
