<p>One difference, though, is that when you get food at a drive-through you don't return it. The only concern is transmission during the in-person exchange. We are in the (I think) unique position of handing out items that are then later returned to us.
This seems like an important distinction that I'm not sure the governor's EO has taken into consideration. <br>
