<p class="MsoNormal">The Manager of Technical Services and Systems provides overall management, supervision, and coordination of several technical services functions of the library including acquisitions, cataloging, physical processing, journals/serials management,
resource sharing, and interlibrary loan services. Ths I position collaborates with the Electronic Resources Management Librarian on database and electronic resource maintenance. Further, the Manager of Technical Services and Systems provides overall coordination
and leadership in collection development and management activities, including planning and evaluation of library materials in all formats. The position oversees the daily functions of the Technical Services and Systems Unit and assumes a vital role in the
development and implementation of strategic initiatives, goal setting, coordination and leading of cross-functional project teams, optimizing and streamlining workflows to enhance the services and operations of the Library.<o:p></o:p></p>

MLIS (Master’s in Library or Information Science) or equivalent degree from an American Library Association (ALA) accredited program and regionally accredited institution.

1 years’ experience in the administration of integrated library system, preferably Innovative Interfaces Inc.
<b><o:p></o:p></b></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:106%;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">
2 years’ recent experience with an integrated library system. <b><o:p></o:p></b></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:106%;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">
2 years’ experience in library technical services (acquisitions, cataloging, serials) in an automated library system environment.
<b><o:p></o:p></b></li><li class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Experience with the administration of web-scale discovery systems, preferably Summon.<span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Supervisory experience.
