<p class="MsoNormal">There are two URLs that are still in-process…AtoZDatabases and MyHeritage. When these URLs are ready we will update the file and send notice out via the listservs.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The geo-IP URLs check to see if a user is coming from a registered institution (based on IP address), then they check to see if the user is in Michigan to allow access to the resource.
