With five locations (three new since 2011), a staff of 102, and a $7 million annual budget, the successful candidate will work closely with external and internal stakeholders to shape a new library vision. The director will focus on a new library strategic
plan aligning the library to the community’s needs for future library services and programs.

Services Department including the overall administrative functions at all locations. The director manages full- and part-time staff and manages the annual operating budget and capital improvement bond funds.
<b>Areas of responsibility </b>include administrative management, fiscal management, personnel management, and space/facilities design and oversight.

</span></b><span style="color:black">Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in Library Science from an ALA-accredited program and a minimum of seven years of library experience with five years of supervisory experience. The successful candidate also
will have a demonstrated record of developing and mentoring staff, facilities management, implementing new library service models, an outstanding customer service philosophy and successful community engagement. Experience working in a municipal environment
