 MeL teams at MCLS and the Library of Michigan. You will be responsible for developing training and support materials in a range of formats as well as promoting use of MeL through education and engagement programs. You will build and maintain strong relationships
 with public librarians, paraprofessionals, and library administrators through regular communication and visits.</span></span><span class="eop"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> </span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="paragraph" style="vertical-align:baseline"><span class="normaltextrun"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">This position requires a bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design or technology, or education technology, or a Master of Library & Information
 Science. The best candidate will have a minimum of 3 years training/instructional experience as well as experience developing learning programs for both live and virtual environments. This job requires significant travel to libraries and conferences around
