 Engagement Specialist, K12.  This position will play a key role in the ongoing success of the Michigan eLibrary (MeL) through the development and implementation of an interactive training program and educational engagement for library community members and
 K12 end-users. </span></span><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="paragraph" style="vertical-align:baseline"><span class="eop"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> </span></span><span class="normaltextrun"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">This position requires a bachelor’s degree in education,
 instructional design or technology, education technology, or library science.  The best candidate will have a minimum of 3 years training/instructional experience as well as experience developing learning programs for both live and virtual environments.<o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
