<p class="MsoNormal"><i>The State Librarian’s Excellence Award recognizes a Michigan Library that best exemplifies excellence in customer service. A $3,000 cash prize will be awarded to the winning library and $1,000 each will be awarded to the two Citation
of Excellence runners-up. All three award-winners will receive trophies for public display. <o:p></o:p></i></p>
