excellent customer services skills, and are team oriented are encouraged to apply.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:106%">The Library User Services Customer Support member is responsible for front-line customer assistance, satisfactorily resolving problems, responding to requests, assisting with library outreach
and special projects, and ensuring the safety and upkeep of the library facility. Further, this person will assist with the hiring, training, work delegation and oversight of library student employees.

Associate’s degree OR an equivalent combination of post-secondary training and work experience.
