I was going to compile all of the responses and send them out, but the response I received from the always helpful Clare Membiela (see below) summarized the responses the best: when it comes to the laws governing such things every situation is different and there is no one, single answer. The absolute best thing to do is contact the Michigan Liquor Control Commision at 866-813-0011 option #1 and discuss your program idea or plan with them.
