<p class="MsoNormal">Nobody would sit down to take an important test without at least some degree of preparation from studying the subject matter to actually practicing how to read the questions and answer within a set time limit. Academic tests, professional
licensing/certification, skill measurement, and high school equivalency, are all testing scenarios many people experience. MeL database
<a href="http://galesupport.com/migeoipcheck/migeoipcheck-lxpress3.php?database=MAIN">
LearningExpress Library</a> is available to all Michiganders and provides all these. Seven interactive learning centers provide resources beginning with Elementary School Grade 4 Mathematics and English Language Arts Skills Improvement, through standard college
and graduate school tests, to adult learning and becoming a U.S. Citizen. Three test modes are offered –
<u>practice</u> (<span class="ng-scope">enables you to take a timed test, but if the timer runs out you are not prevented from completing the test.),
<u>learner</u> (allows you to view the answers to test questions as you go along, to help you study.) and,
<u>simulation</u> (matches the timing you will find on your official examination). In addition, downloadable eBook study guides and skill development resources are available for offline use.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
