The patron told me that there were no adults in the home at the time of the call and that the mothers of the children were unreachable.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif">At what point are we compelled to call CPS if we hear information like this?
