policy that includes "technology protection measures"—filtering. This panel will address the details of the E-rate expansion, summarize the history of ALA and filtering, raise some new issues about specific filtering approaches and offer practical suggestions
for libraries who may wish to pursue this new funding opportunity.<o:p></o:p></p>
