Adult Services Coordinator has responsibility for planning and presenting
activities for young adults—ages 13-19. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:calibri">This
position is primarily responsible for planning, directing, evaluating,
scheduling, and coordinating young adult programs (ages 13-19). This position
requires the development of recommendations for programs, policies, and
procedures to improve young adult library services. The ideal candidate will
create an environment where teens may engage more in the services of the
library, where they feel accepted and motivated in pursing intellectual and
recreational opportunities.</span> <span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:calibri">There
is collaboration with the Children’s Services Coordinator to include children’s
programs, particularly in regard to the Summer Reading Program.</span></p>
