Director Jeanne Ludlow, the Alpena County George N. Fletcher Public Library is
seeking a new Assistant Director. The Assistant Director is responsible for the
operation of the public service/customer experiences of the Library. The leading
candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation, the ability to
create quality experiences for the users of the library, the ability to coach,
mentor, lead and supervise library professionals and paraprofessionals. The
