Modernization Orders as well as filing strategies. If you are new to E-Rate, it is highly advised that you attend the "E-Rate Applicant Beginner Training," on October 22, 2015 at Winding Brook (Shepherd, MI), in addition to one of the three "E-Rate Applicant
