<span style="color:windowtext">Books & Authors</span></a> is both fun and informative when it comes to finding a good book. WHO WHAT WHERE WHEN lets you browse by selecting any 3 from choices under Character, Subject, Location, and Time Period. Type or choose
from a drop down menu and watch as the database responds with a visual representation of your search terms. Hundreds of characters (WHO), activities (WHAT), locations (WHERE), and Time Periods (WHEN) can be combined to reveal titles that fit the selected
criteria. Combining <i>Alternative Worlds</i> (WHAT), with <i>Michigan</i> (WHERE), and
<i>21<sup>st</sup> Century AD</i> (WHEN), I find there is a title that matches all 3 criteria! (who would have guessed!) A bonus to this useful search is that the results link to
<a href="http://mel.org/melcat"><span style="color:windowtext">MeLCat</span></a> so staff and patrons can check availability of their newly discovered treasures.
