We are considering opening it up to include business use that does not immediately produce profit (training, board and committee meetings, depositions, public workshops that charge no admission—also we are thinking of allowing admission charges with an increased rental fee). We’d like to prohibit someone from setting up a storefront in the library or from manufacturing something (like a movie) in the library that would be sold at a later date.
