This position is an 8-month academic year appointment, with an additional summer appointment possible. </font></div><div><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"><br></font></div><div><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Operating in a collegial team environment, the Collection Development Librarian provides leadership in collection development, evaluation and assessment, license negotiation and collection budget allocation. The Collection Development Librarian guides selection, de-selection and retention policies for library resources. He/she undertakes quantitative and qualitative analysis and assessment to improve collections in support of the university’s priorities.
