stewardship through education and interpretation. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

application to restore the Museum's 1939 wooden, gill-net fish tug, the Evelyn S. He serves as the Museum's representative to the Michigan Fisheries Heritage Consortium</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Perpetua","serif"">. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

to address Great Lakes issues locally. His Sea Grant Extension efforts involve fisheries science, sustainable coastal tourism development, and Great Lakes education. He provides co-leadership for the Great Lakes Fisheries Heritage Consortium and newly established
Great Lakes Fisheries Heritage Trail in Michigan. <o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
